Do You Know the Continents?

This great little learning song was taught to us by my three-year-old, who learned it at pre-school.  It is sung to the tune of Do You Know the Muffin Man?

Oh, do you know the continents?
The continents
The continents
Do you know the continents?
Name them if you can

[Chanted]

North America, South America
Europe, Asia, Africa
Don’t forget Australia
Don’t forget Antarctica

Oh, do you know the continents?
The continents
The continents
Do you know the continents?
Name them if you can

    We love this song,

My husband and I run a day care, the children love to sing and dance at circle time. They don’t realize they are learning because they are having so much fun. Love it Love it Love it.

The order of the continents should go like this because it is the order from largest to smallest and it still rhymes.

Asia, Africa, North and South America,
    Antarctica, Europe, Australia.
