This one seems to have quite a few variations, all of them fun.  Thanks to Fran J and David S for sending me some additional and alternate verses, which I have included below.

A frog went a-courtin’ and he did ride, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
A frog went a-courtin’ and he did ride, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
A frog went a-courtin’ and he did ride
With a sword and pistol by his side.
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

He rode off in his opera hat, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
He rode off in his opera hat, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
He rode off in his opera hat
And on his way he met a rat.
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

He rode up to Miss Mousy’s den, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
He rode up to Miss Mousy’s den, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
He rode up to Miss Mousy’s den
Said, “Miss Mousy, would you let me in?”
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

[Alternate verse]

He rode up to Miss Mousy’s door, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
He rode up to Miss Mousy’s door, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
He rode up to Miss Mousy’s door
Where he had been so many times before.
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

Frog said, “My dear, I’ve come to see,” mm-hmm, mm-hmm
Frog said, “My dear, I’ve come to see,” mm-hmm, mm-hmm
Frog said, “My dear, I’ve come to see,
If you, Miss Mousy, will marry me.”
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

[Alternate verse]

He sat Miss Mousy on his knee, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
He sat Miss Mousy on his knee, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
He sat Miss Mousy on his knee
Said, “Miss Mousy, will you marry me?”
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

“I don’t know what to say to that,” mm-hmm, mm-hmm
“I don’t know what to say to that,” mm-hmm, mm-hmm
“I don’t know what to say to that,
Till I speak with Uncle Rat.”
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

[Alternate verse]

“Not without my Uncle Rat’s consent,” mm-hmm, mm-hmm
“Not without my Uncle Rat’s consent,” mm-hmm, mm-hmm
“Not without my Uncle Rat’s consent
I wouldn’t marry the President.”
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

“A fine young froggy has been here,” mm-hmm, mm-hmm
“A fine young froggy has been here,” mm-hmm, mm-hmm
“A fine young froggy has been here,
He means to marry me, it’s clear.”
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

So Uncle Rat gave his consent, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
So Uncle Rat gave his consent, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
So Uncle Rat gave his consent
And the weasel wrote up the publishment.
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

Then Uncle Rat, he rode to to town, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
Then Uncle Rat, he rode to to town, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
Then Uncle Rat, he rode to to town
And bought his niece a wedding gown
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

The owl did hoot and the birds they sang, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
The owl did hoot and the birds they sang, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
The owl did hoot and the birds they sang,
All through the woods the music rang.
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

What wil the wedding breakfast be, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
What wil the wedding breakfast be, mm-hmm, mm-hmm
What wil the wedding breakfast be?
Two green beans and a black-eyed pea.
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm

My Gran used to sing this to me and she sang another verse which went:-
Now where will the wedding breakfast be mmm mmm
Now where will the wedding breakfast be mmm mmm
Now where will the wedding breakfast be
Over there by yonder tree mmmmmmmm mmmm

There was also another verse about who will be the first to arrive, a big fat hen but I can’t remember that.

I remember in grade 3 our teacher teaching us the words to this song:
Now what will the wedding supper be? mmm mmm
Now what will the wedding supper be? mmm mmm
Now what will the wedding supper be?
A piece of bread and a cup of tea. mmm mmm mmm

And where will the wedding supper be?mmm mmm
And where will the wedding supper be?mmm mmm
And where will the wedding supper be?
Down by the hollow of the old oak tree..mmm mmm mmm
